The Council on Healthy Mothers and Babies is a non-profit 501c3 organization that operates strictly from grants and donations received. Donations directly support our efforts to reduce infant mortality in Franklin County, Ohio. Such efforts include the Pregnancy Care Connection program, educational materials for the public, education opportunities for professionals and the community, research, and targeted task forces focusing on efforts to reduce the risks associated with infant mortality.
